If Property is in Municipal Limits of Gurgaon.

If the property is going to get registered on the the name of any female then registration charges will be 5 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 50,000/-

Now If the property is going to get registered on the the joint name of a female and a male then registration charges will be 6 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 60,000/-

And If the property is going to get registered on the the name of any male then registration charges will be 7 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 70,000/-

If Property is Outside Municipal Limits of Gurgaon

If the property is going to get registered on the the name of any female then registration charges will be 3 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 30,000/-

Now If the property is going to get registered on the the joint name of a female and a male then registration charges will be 4 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 40,000/-

And If the property is going to get registered on the the name of any male then registration charges will be 5 percent of the property book value.  For Example if your property book value is Rupees 10,00,000/- then you need to purchase stamp papers of Rupees 50,000/-

Over and Above the Stamp Duty Charges, the following are the additional charge under the head of  ” Registration Charge”  which you have to pay at the time of registration.

  • 1 to 50000 = Rs. 100
  • 50001 to 100000= Rs. 500
  • 100001 to 500000= Rs. 1000
  • 500001 to 1000000= Rs. 5000
  • 1000001 to 2000000= Rs. 10000
  • 2000001 to 2500000= Rs. 12500
  • Above 25 Lacs =Rs. 15000

 

Stamp Duty Charges for Builder Floor

If the registration is happening for a builder floor then 1 percent extra as a stamp duty will be purchased  over and above mentioned percentage.
